Pepe graduated as a Graphic Designer from Anahuac University, where he received the Excellency Award in 1991. He’s lived in Canada, Ecuador, Peru and Mexico before coming to the U.S. He started working as a teen, both as a mechanic and comic illustrator, so he still likes to tinker and collect funny stuff. He is also a voracious reader and studies world religions as a hobby. With his wife and son, he creates Rubikubism art, and inaugurated his first art exhibition in 2016. Pepe Aguilar is currently living in New York, where he is Chief Creative Officer at Grey Wing. His work has been recognized all around the world, including the prestigious Cannes Lions Festival, where he's been awarded
with 14 Cannes Lions.
